How do I cancel a booking?
You can cancel from the Bookings tab in the app before your detailer confirms. After confirmation, the cancellation policy shown at booking applies.
I was charged but the detailer didn't show up. What do I do?
Email us at tech@mycarwash.tech with your booking details and we'll resolve it promptly.
How do I become a detailer on the platform?
Join the waitlist on our homepage and select "I'm a detailer." We'll reach out with next steps when we launch in your area.
How do I delete my account?
Email tech@mycarwash.tech with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll remove your data within 7 days.
Is MyCarWash available outside Montreal?
Not yet — we're launching in Montreal first. Join the waitlist to be notified when we expand to your city.
